So Nicolette and I are in Chicago, well 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. I know many of you have been to Chicago (at least to the airport) and know of some cool stuff in this city. What must we see before we go back to Ohio? What restaurants are a must-try? We have already been to the Chicago Botanical Gardens (which was a must see) and we want to find more gems like that to make the most of our time/money here. What didn't live up to the hype? What should we avoid?

I've never been in the city for more than a drive through, but have you checked tripadvisor.com? It's a pretty great website that visitors suggest not only hotels and restaurants, but the best things to do in the town.
What?!! We're in Chicago this weekend too!! We spent time at The Taste of Chicago, Millenium Park with the giant brick water towers, and Navy Pier. Navy Pier was a lot of fun and we wished we had gone there earlier. Where are you staying? We're at Craig's cousin's house North of Chicago in Glenview. Argh! Too bad we didn't know and we could have met up somewhere! We're headed to Nauvoo today? Wanna join us? :)
