Kate 7 months

Kate is doing awesome! She is growing, gaining weight, and loves to be part of the party! Her naps are getting a little longer (used to be 40 mins long.) but she still wants to eat at least 2 times a night. Gotta work on that ... 

But look at this cuteness! 

I cannot believe how fast time flies! This little cutie is 7 months! 

Kate wants to be part of the action. At story time she will only stay in the stroller about 10 mins and then she wants the floor! 

When we were eating at a restaurant we secured her in a highchair. Man she was excited to see the world! We went at 5 pm to celebrate shaun finishing his dissertation!! Apparently that is when the older crowd eats dinner...needless to say, they all thought Kate was quite adorable!  

She is sitting up so well and literally rolls like a torpedo! She loves to roll over to the magazine rack and crinkle the magazines with her feet. She also will roll over to a wall, furniture, etc. and use what ever toy she has in her hand as a drum. It's pretty funny! 

Claire is the person that can always make Kate smile and grin from ear to ear. Kate loves to watch her, play with her toys, and be involved in whatever she is doing. Claire still has lots of jealous moments but is definitely developing a great love for Kate. When we get to the store, after I get Claire out of the car she always says, "Don't forget Kate." 

This is one of my favorite outfits that claire wore and I love it just the same on Kate. Although there is a 4 month gap in their ages I love seeing them side-by-side. 

"Dad! What are you making me do?!" The OARDC slide! Claire loves it! Kate's first time going...she didn't quite know what to think.

Outside fun! 

We went to the Rubbermaid store to play while our house was being shown. This was Kate's first time playing!  

Kate is full of life and loves to grab ANYTHING she can get her hands on. When she starts crawling I'm going to be in big trouble. Claire was always content with whatever toy I put in front of her. Kate, on the other hand, wants to experience every part of the world around her. It's been so fun seeing her personalty surface more. :) We love our Kate! 

PS we are still waiting for the official "letter offer" to come in the mail..then we can tell everyone where we will be moving too! In the mean time we are praying our house sells soon!
